01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02 Services
Meklas.pl provides software development services including but not limited to Minecraft plugins, FiveM scripts, and Web applications. All services are digital in nature.
03 Payments & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods and custom development work:
- All sales are final once the work has been delivered or substantial development has commenced.
- Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of the administrator in cases where the project cannot be completed.
04 Usage Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate contract, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the developed software for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell the code itself without permission.
05 Project Handling & Workflow
1. Consultation
We discuss requirements and agree on a price and deadline.
2. Development
Work begins. You will receive updates at key milestones.
3. Review
You verify the product on a test environment or via demo.
4. Delivery
Upon final payment, full source code and rights are transferred.
06 Revisions
We offer a specific number of revisions as agreed upon during the project scoping phase. Additional changes outside the original scope may incur extra costs.
